The Mitas Electron Dynamic tyre design has been specially developed for electric city bikes and offers better traction on the sides of the tread, which gives better grip on corners. The use of E-PROTEC 360° technology enhances puncture resistance, riding comfort and ensures exceptional safety in reduced visibility conditions. The tyre is certified for electric bikes up to 50 km/h (EHK75).
Product highlights:
- E-Protec 360°: A strip of 1.5 mm-thick rubber produced from a specific compound is placed between the tread and the carcass. Thanks to its high resistance and hardness properties it prevents punctures and slashes. Reinforced protection of the sides is provided by an extremely resistant rubberised fabric and high density polymer threads. This fabric is extremely lightweight and elastic. It significantly increases the sides’ abrasion and puncture resistance. The 10 mm wide reflective strip stuck on the sides provides intense light reflection from all angles. This increases safety in poor visibility conditions.
- Dynamic: Carcass: 29 TPI; drum technology (OLT) Sidewall: skinwall (SW) Bead: twisted steel wire (TW) Characteristics: Light weight; higher inflation pressures; enhanced ride comfort
- Optimal (OC): Compound with good abrasion resistance. It is intended for tyres used in amateur sport and training. O
